Future soccer star

No pressure or anything...

Someone and their lunch...

I've never heard of a lop-sided lunch but this sure looks like it to me. It must get tiring lugging that belly around all day :)

Chill Out and Splash

"I love my new pool that the Easter Bunny brought me (thanks, Aunt Malis)! I've been practicing for days getting in and out of it in my playroom. Finally Mom took it outside and put water in it!"

"I love it in here! It's really funny to watch Mom try to scoop out all the little helicopters falling from the trees. Who knew there were so many! I try to trick her by making her think I 'm going to eat them. I wish she knew I was just kidding."
"Hmm...I always wondered what was under my exersaucer....""And now I know! However, I did get a little stuck and whimpered ever so slightly. Good thing Mom was right there to save the day. She put me back in my pool and I thanked her by trying to eat more helicopters."
"If this is what summer is going to be like then I can't wait! Mom even gave me my bath outside in the pool! It's been a super fun day."

Happy Easter

Malissa, Allen and AJ were nice enough to have us over for Easter brunch where Mason got to play with his cousins. Malissa was a stellar aunt and brought out bubbles for tons of entertainment. Happy Easter everyone!

Spring Break Fun

We've been spending a lot of time outside these past few days. It's been great watching Mason explore the yard, pull weeds, eat gravel (attempted), watch cars go by, play and lay in the dirt as well as discover his shadow. At the end of the day Mason officially smells like a sweaty kid and we love it.

I'm 8 months old!

So of course we had to have a photo shoot!

Here's the winner but scroll down to see the previous attempts. Thank you Andy for all of your "redirecting."

Yay for Spring!

We sure are excited for the new season. It's been great to get out of the house, work in the garden and discover the wonder of grass.
Please don't eat the leaves! (For the record, I had to dig that leaf out of Mason's mouth risking the well-being of my own fingers due to someone's sharp chompers.)
What is that dark spot on the ground that keeps following me?
